Hey there! We’re Riccardo and Valeriia, the duo behind Biohacking Bites. We’re just a couple of regular people who got really interested in improving our health and wellbeing.

Our Story

A few years ago, we found ourselves feeling tired all the time, not sleeping well, and struggling to focus. We knew something had to change, but we didn’t know where to start. That’s when we stumbled into the world of biohacking.

At first, it was overwhelming. There was so much information out there, and a lot of it seemed complicated or expensive. We tried all sorts of things – some worked great, others… not so much. But through all our experiments, we learned a ton about how to make simple changes that can have a big impact on how you feel every day.

What We Do

Now, we want to share what we’ve learned with you. We know firsthand how confusing it can be to try to improve your health, so we’ve made it our mission to simplify things. On Biohacking Bites, you’ll find:
